Our event team will be happy to advise you and find the optimal solution for your event. You bring the software solution and manage it (zoom, teams, etc.) and we take care of the technical[1] equipment of the room.

Meetingsrooms

Thanks to the architecture of our hotel, all rooms have large windows allowing natural daylight to come in; you also have the option to dim the room. The meeting rooms are equipped with individually controlled air conditioning and high-tech electronics, including projector, wireless lan, flip chart, bulletin board, whiteboard and a video system upon request which includes camera, internet access and a phone line. In addition, all meeting rooms are equipped with air purifiers against corona viruses, with HEPA high-performance filters and particularly quiet operating noise bB(A), or a powerful ventilation system that meets 6 times the standard against corona viruses.

You tell us what you want and we will design your personal services for your event. In our basic conference service you will find the starter set, so that you can hold your conference with us. In our further services you will find daily changing creative "break fillers". From freshly fruity to deliciously sweet to hearty and ribald, strengthen yourself and your conference participants for the next stage in your agenda! We are happy to support you with individual wishes. From a continuous snack line to a finger food buffet, our event team will be happy to assist you.

-The basis conference package can be booked just in combination with a lunch or a dinner-

Events

Our restaurant concept includes separate rooms for smaller events, such as receptions, with a capacity of up to 170 people. In the summer months, we offer you our facilities in the middle of the countryside for outdoor parties. We have an efficient hospitality team available to provide you with advise pertaining the organization of a business event. Our kitchen staff will spoil you with mouth-watering delicacies, from barbecues to a Mediterranean or rustic buffet.
