1. Processing of data without reference to individuals
1.1 Surfing our Website

Basically, you may visit our site without informing us about your identity. Then, we will know only
• your IP address,
• the name of the called-up website and/or retrieved file as well as the time of the calling-up and/or retrieval,
• the transmitted data volume; and
• whether the calling-up or retrieval was successful.

The data will exclusively be used for an administration and optimization of the Internet offer.
The IP address may be a personal piece of information since it is possible under certain circumstances to find out the identity of the owner of the used Internet access by information from the respective Internet provider.

We will evaluate the IP address only in the case of attacks on our Internet infrastructure. In this case we have a justified interest in the processing of the IP address pursuant to Art. 6 sect. 1 f) DSGVO [General Data Protection Regulation] This justified interest is based on the need to ward off attacks on the Internet infrastructure, find out the origin of the attack for filing criminal and civil action against the responsible person as well as prevent other attacks efficiently.

The IP address will be deleted whenever we can rule out any attacks on our Internet structure from this address. This will happen regularly after 7 days.


1.2 Using Cookies

Our Internet offer uses cookies as well. Cookies are small data packets that are stored on the hard disk of your computer through your browser. They are designed for controlling the Internet connection during your visit or a later visit to our websites, thus making the visit more convenient.

1.4 Contacts and communication

On some pages you may enter the personal data as specified there in input fields for correspondences with us.
This data will only be processed for this correspondence with you and for the purpose for which you provided this data within the scope of this communication, such as for processing your inquiries or for contacting you upon your request. In this case, the personal data will be processed with your consent and will then be admissible pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 a) DSGVO [General Data Protection Regulation]. We will delete your relevant data as soon as the purpose for which you provided your data has been served, and we are not entitled or obliged to a further storage for legal reasons.

1.8 Other processings on the basis of a legitimate interest

As far as necessary, we will process your data beyond the actual performance of the contract concluded with you or the consent given by you for the protection of justified interests of us or third parties unless considerations in an individual case shows that your legitimate basic rights and liberties which require the protection of personal data prevail (see Art. 6, Sect 1f DSGVO). a.
